BARN
Inspired by the natural formations and textures of nearby Wilsons Promontory National Park, the Barn is finished in an earthy palette of timber, brass and softly flecked pink granite — a sanctuary-like retreat in South Gippsland where raw material and crafted detail meet.
At its heart, an aged-steel staircase spirals skyward, while the Japanese timber bath, integrated kitchen and fire pit invite moments of slow living and connection. Generous proportions and step-free access on the ground level make the Barn quietly inclusive, with details that support ease, comfort and mobility.

Weekend
A two-night minimum stay applies for weekend bookings (Friday & Saturday nights).
Mid-Week
Single-night stays are available Sunday through Thursday—ideal for a mid-week reset or overnight escape.
Longer Stays
Special rates are available for bookings of 4 nights or more—for those looking to fully unwind.
Accessibility
The Barn offers step-free access on the main level, including a compliant bathroom and thoughtful circulation designed for comfort and ease.
Singles / Couple
For singles or a couple booking the Barn, one-bedroom stays are welcome. If your plans change, please let us know in advance—we’re happy to adjust your booking and we can then prepare the space and provisions accordingly.
If additional bedrooms are used during your stay without prior arrangement, an additional fee of $200 per night will apply.
Cleaning Fees
A cleaning fee supports the time and care we put into preparing the space for each stay:
$175 for one-bedroom stays
$200 for full use of the space
Deposit
50% is due at the time of booking, with the balance charged 30 days before check-in.
Bond
A $400 bond applies per booking as an authorisation hold. Given the handmade nature of the space, we simply ask that it’s left as found, with care and respect, the bond will be released in full after check-out.
Late Availabilty
Reduced rates may apply to bookings made within two weeks of arrival. We also share occasional seasonal offerings with our mailing list.
Guests
Please include the number of guests when booking so we can prepare the space accordingly.
